Position: Talent Acquisition Executive – Non-IT Recruitment

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (On-Site)

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Executive with 1–3 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle for our architectural and engineering domains, ensuring we hire the right talent for roles across BIM, drafting, design, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Understand manpower requirements and work closely with hiring managers to define role specifications.
  • Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, social media, references, and recruitment drives.
  • Evaluate candidates based on technical and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to building a strong talent pipeline.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in Non-IT recruitment (experience in architecture/engineering/construction industry preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and hiring practices.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with job portals/ATS tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
