We're looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst who thrives at the intersection of technology and strategy. In this role, you'll bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions—translating ideas into systems that support ETS's mission and drive measurable impact.

You'll collaborate across teams to define project goals, gather requirements, and guide the development of scalable, user-focused solutions. Your insights will help shape proposals, improve processes, and ensure our systems deliver with precision and purpose.

What You'll Do

• Serve as a trusted liaison between business units, IT teams, and clients
• Lead requirements gathering, process modeling, and business case development
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications
• Analyze workflows and recommend improvements that enhance efficiency and impact
• Communicate project scope, timelines, and costs with clarity and confidence
• Collaborate with developers and testers to ensure solutions meet expectations
• Review test plans and provide feedback to strengthen quality assurance
• Manage change requests and maintain traceability throughout the project lifecycle
• Troubleshoot issues and guide resolution with empathy and expertise
• Champion continuous improvement and ethical standards in every solution

What You Bring

• A bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field—or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in software development or systems analysis
• Strong planning, organization, and analytical skills
• Experience with software testing tools and standards
• Familiarity with financial applications (preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with grace
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Commitment to ethical practices and regulatory compliance
