Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage overall office administration including front office, supplies, and facility upkeep.
- Coordinate onboarding/offboarding processesseating, IT assets, ID cards, and documentation.
- Maintain employee attendance, shift schedules, and access logs in coordination with HR and operations.
- Track and replenish office and pantry supplies; manage vendor relationships and procurement.
- Handle travel bookings, reimbursements, petty cash, courier dispatch, and vendor invoices.
- Liaise with building management, housekeeping, and security teams for day-to-day requirements.
- Ensure compliance with EqualizeRCMs security policies and HIPAA-related protocols.
- Assist in audit readiness—organize records, compliance checklists, and support documentation.
- Support internal events, team meetings, training sessions, and client visits.
- Maintain and organize administrative records—both physical and digital.
