Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage overall office administration including front office, supplies, and facility upkeep.
  • Coordinate onboarding/offboarding processesseating, IT assets, ID cards, and documentation.
  • Maintain employee attendance, shift schedules, and access logs in coordination with HR and operations.
  • Track and replenish office and pantry supplies; manage vendor relationships and procurement.
  • Handle travel bookings, reimbursements, petty cash, courier dispatch, and vendor invoices.
  • Liaise with building management, housekeeping, and security teams for day-to-day requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with EqualizeRCMs security policies and HIPAA-related protocols.
  • Assist in audit readiness—organize records, compliance checklists, and support documentation.
  • Support internal events, team meetings, training sessions, and client visits.
  • Maintain and organize administrative records—both physical and digital.
