Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.

  • Formulate and execute strategic plans to achieve sales objectives and expand market share in the region.

  • Set sales targets, performance metrics, and KPIs for the team.

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

  • Implement effective sales strategies and initiatives to maximize sales and profitability.

  • Collaborate with the marketing department to develop marketing campaigns and initiatives aligned with sales objectives.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders in the region.

  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their needs and address concerns.

  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products/services.

  • Visit colleges and educational institutions to promote and enroll students in our enthusiastic courses.

  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.

  • Conduct data analysis to evaluate sales performance and make data-driven decisions.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, providing feedback, and coordinating sales efforts with other departments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to travel within the region as needed.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
