We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Support Engineer with 24 years of relevant experience in IT administration or system support. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in managing Windows and Linux systems, along with hands-on experience in networks and cloud technologies. This role requires ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations, resolving incidents, and providing technical support to end users while maintaining compliance with security protocols.

The Support Engineer will be responsible for managing and administering Microsoft 365 environments, including user accounts, access rights, and collaboration tools. Experience with AWS user management and Workspaces is highly desirable to support cloud-based infrastructure. Familiarity with Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools and access control systems is a strong advantage, as the role involves safeguarding system access and maintaining security best practices.

Candidates should also have a solid understanding of IT compliance frameworks and data security standards to ensure infrastructure aligns with regulatory requirements. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for diagnosing issues efficiently and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
