Profile Summary:
We are looking for an HR Professional who will work closely with management and employees "on the front line," providing hands-on and strategic input, insight, and advice on people-related issues: talent management, employee relations, employee retention, coaching/training & development, compensation, conflict management, organizational development. This person will play an essential role in establishing and driving HR programs/talent initiatives and will always ensure they align with a company's business objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition:
Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent.
Manage recruitment processes from job postings to selection.
Collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.
2. Employee Onboarding and Induction:
Execute onboarding programs for smooth new hire integration.
Conduct orientation and provide necessary training and resources.
3. HR Operations:
Oversee HR operations including records management and HRIS maintenance.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and accurate HR transactions.
4. Performance Management:
Manage the performance management system to drive a high-performance culture.
Facilitate reviews, feedback, and development planning.
5. Training and Development:
Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance skills and career growth.
Organize and conduct training sessions and workshops.
6. Employee Engagement and Retention:
Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
Implement strategies to improve employee retention and reduce turnover.
7. Separation Management:
- Manage the end-to-end separation process including exit interviews and offboarding.
-Analyze exit data and provide recommendations for retention improvement.
Location: Bhopal
Reporting To: CHRO / HR Head Operations.
Qualifications:
10+ Years of Experience as HR leader or HR Business Partner.
MBA HR from a renowned Institute.
Skills Required:
Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem solving, and decision making skills.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Demonstrated credibility and integrity in communications to ensure information flows upward and downward.
Ability to listen and understand the needs of the employees, together with those of the company.
Ability to stylistically adapt communication based on audience.
High integrity/will stop at nothing to safeguard compliance standards and company values
Ability to manage multiple, complex issues and prioritize projects concurrently
Lead management in organizational assessment and diagnosis to turn business strategies into action.
Provide and demonstrate change management leadership.
Coach and influence to achieve business results.
