Profile Summary:

We are looking for an HR Professional who will work closely with management and employees "on the front line," providing hands-on and strategic input, insight, and advice on people-related issues: talent management, employee relations, employee retention, coaching/training & development, compensation, conflict management, organizational development. This person will play an essential role in establishing and driving HR programs/talent initiatives and will always ensure they align with a company's business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition:

  • Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent.

  • Manage recruitment processes from job postings to selection.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.

2. Employee Onboarding and Induction:

  • Execute onboarding programs for smooth new hire integration.

  • Conduct orientation and provide necessary training and resources.

3. HR Operations:

  • Oversee HR operations including records management and HRIS maintenance.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and accurate HR transactions.

4. Performance Management:

  • Manage the performance management system to drive a high-performance culture.

  • Facilitate reviews, feedback, and development planning.

5. Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance skills and career growth.

  • Organize and conduct training sessions and workshops.

6. Employee Engagement and Retention:

  • Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

  • Implement strategies to improve employee retention and reduce turnover.

7. Separation Management:

  • Manage the end-to-end separation process including exit interviews and offboarding.

-Analyze exit data and provide recommendations for retention improvement.

Location: Bhopal

Reporting To: CHRO / HR Head Operations.

Qualifications:

10+ Years of Experience as HR leader or HR Business Partner.

MBA HR from a renowned Institute.

Skills Required:

  • Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem solving, and decision making skills.

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Demonstrated credibility and integrity in communications to ensure information flows upward and downward.

  • Ability to listen and understand the needs of the employees, together with those of the company.

  • Ability to stylistically adapt communication based on audience.

  • High integrity/will stop at nothing to safeguard compliance standards and company values

  • Ability to manage multiple, complex issues and prioritize projects concurrently

  • Lead management in organizational assessment and diagnosis to turn business strategies into action.

  • Provide and demonstrate change management leadership.

  • Coach and influence to achieve business results.
