Experience : minimum 5-7 years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision:Leading and managing plant operators and maintenance personnel, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Operations Management:Overseeing daily operations of the STP, including monitoring treatment processes, ensuring optimal performance, and adjusting settings as needed.
• Maintenance Management:Developing and implementing maintenance schedules for equipment, conducting routine inspections, and coordinating repairs or replacements.
• Compliance:Ensuring the plant operates within environmental regulations and safety guidelines, monitoring water quality, and maintaining accurate records.
• Troubleshooting:Identifying and resolving operational issues, addressing alarms, and responding to emergencies.
• Reporting:Preparing reports on plant operations, maintenance activities, and compliance with regulations.
• Budget Management:May be involved in managing the plant's budget for maintenance, supplies, and other operational expenses.
• Safety:Implementing and enforcing safety procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for all staff.
• Process Optimization:Identifying opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of treatment processes.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of wastewater treatment processes, equipment, and related technologies.
• Supervisory Skills: Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of employees.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve operational issues and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with staff, management, and regulatory agencies.
• Record Keeping: Ability to maintain accurate records of plant operations, maintenance activities, and compliance data.
• Safety Awareness: Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to wastewater treatment plants.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300, ₹350,000.00 per month
