Position Summary:
The Supervisor will oversee the maintenance, repair, and installation of all mechanical and electrical plant equipment and installations. The role involves ensuring that all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and procedures.The Supervisor will also be responsible for managing a team of technicians and ensuring the smooth operation of the plant.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of mechanical and electrical technicians.

Ensure maintenance activities are carried out effectively in line with the Quality Policy, Department Objectives, KPIs, and Contractual Requirements.

Oversee the maintenance, repair, and installation of all mechanical and electrical plant equipment and installations.

Perform predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance for all equipment in accordance with the program provided by the Engineering Manager.

Inspect systems and equipment to identify defects and the need for adjustment or repair.

Suggest modifications to improve the reliability of the equipment.

Maintain clear and detailed records, complete work orders, and prepare maintenance reports.

Ensure excellent housekeeping at all times.

Adhere to and ensure compliance with the company Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment Policy and Procedures.

Participate in an on-call duty roster and work beyond normal hours as required to meet Department Objectives and maintain plant security.

Provide training and guidance to technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Experience & Qualification:
Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical).

5-7 years of related experience in the industry, preferably in water or wastewater treatment plants.

Extensive fieldwork experience.

Proficiency in the electrical operation of pumps, motors, and valves.

Experience in testing, dismantling, and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment.

Experience in membrane filtration (Reverse Osmosis or Ultra Filtration) plant facilities is a plus.

Personal Attributes:
Fluent in English (written and spoken) with excellent technical writing and communication skills.

Maximum flexibility due to the nature of work.

Honest, punctual, and reliable.

Ability to work in a team environment, curious, and ready to take on challenges.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Strong troubleshooting skills to determine causes of operating errors and decide on corrective actions.

Critical thinking skills to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
