Assisting the production in-charge in ensuring the quality, quantity, Turn Around Time, Disposal, continuous improvement and all production related aspects as per the expertise area.

Daily Production Vs Targets, Record Keeping and Reporting

1. Planning the distribution of the work to operators / workers

2. Working on machine allocation so as to have the maximum efficiency

3. Clarifying the entire manufacturing process to workers and solving any queries that the worker

may have

4. Completing process so as to complete all orders within the given Turnaround Time

5. Ensuring a strict monitoring and tracking of all Turn Around Time, Man
- hours and Per hour Production Rates

6. Maintaining a record of Production achieved Vs Targets, on time delivery achieved etc

7. Production plan hardcopy information added in minutes and adding it to SAP

8. Making hourly reports which is on the basis of allocation of works and crosschecking of plan accomplishment

9. Adhering to the quality standards identified for production

10. informing Quality dept about FG material as and when it goes to store

11. Working on repairing and reworking on the items produced as per the directions of the

12. Working on having minimum rework and minimum repair required Plant Safety

13. Following the safety regulations and policies

14. Ensuring that the team is following all safety standards and there are no unpleasant incidents

15. Educating, training and handholding the workers to help achieving 0 incidents in the production line6S / Kaizen

16. Working on continuous improvement through 6S and Kaizen

17. Getting orders from planning department and carefully understanding the schedules,

18. Giving sign off to NPD for the ease of production process, making sure that the process is completely understood and is well explained to production

19. Training the team members on the NPD handed over new product production, solving any queries and landholding for the first few batches

Team Management

20. Motivating and guiding team members and being a coach to them for their professional as well as personal challenges.

Experience
- 3 to 5 Years

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
