**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and oversee the injection molding team to guarantee effective production procedures.
- Responsible for Molds assembly, Maintenance & Quality of Molds.
- To guarantee a high-quality final product, monitor and regulate the injection molding processes
- To guarantee continuous production, inspect and troubleshoot injection molding machinery.
- To meet customer demands, develop and implement production schedules in close coordination with the production planning department.
- Instruct and guide new hires while making sure safe work procedures are followed.
- Control raw material and finished goods inventories to maximize resource use.
- To guarantee a smooth production flow, cooperate with other departments, such as maintenance and quality control.
- For injection molding operations, uphold and enhance standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assure dedication to occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Reduce downtime by keeping an eye on and improving production efficiency all the time.
- Manage the entire molding shopfloor on their own.

**Key Skills**:

- Minimum 4+ years of production experience in plastic injection moulding plant.
- Knowledgeable about plastics injection moulding machine setup and various plastics raw materials.
- Understanding of injection molding molds, mold parts and assembly along with maintenance of molds.
- Basic understanding of quality control processes.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
