Designation: Supervisor - Production (Injection Molding)

Qualifications: Diploma in Plastic Molding Technology / BTE / CIPET with relevant experience.

Experience: 2-4 years in a reputed automobile or auto ancillary industry

Package: 2.5 to 3.5 Lakhs per annum.

Job Requirements:
A. Extensive Experience in Mold Process Setting, Robot Handling.

B. Meticulous Planner as well as drive to execute as planned.

C. Team player, Motivator, Problem Solving, Mediating attitude.

D. Good Crisis Manager

E. Preferable from small & precision component manufacturing industry.

Job Responsibilities:
01. Responsible for achieving the production of plastic moulded parts as per schedule.

02. Responsible for entire shift operations in the Injection Moulding Shop.

03. Handling Operators, Setting up the Process and the auxiliary equipment’s as well as completing shift documentation will be basic responsibilities.

04. Experience on ALL ELECTRIC Injection Moulding Machines, Mould Temperature Controllers, Vacuum Conveying Systems, Take-Off Robots etc. required.

05. Production planning, Mould setting, mould change will be basic responsibilities.

06. Prior experience in Handling Measuring Instruments like Micro-meter, Vernier Callipers and Pin Gauges etc. will be beneficial.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
