Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Injection Mold Designer with deep expertise in UGNX and AutoCAD to join our growing design team. The candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing molds for plastic components used in various industrial applications.

You should have a proven track record in delivering complex mold designs, optimizing tooling performance, and ensuring high standards of quality and manufacturability.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop injection molds using UGNX and AutoCAD software.

Prepare 2D and 3D designs, assembly drawings, and detailed part drawings.

Conduct design reviews to ensure accuracy, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness.

Collaborate with the tool room, production, and quality teams to ensure successful mold manufacturing and validation.

Evaluate mold performance and suggest design improvements to enhance productivity and product quality.

Ensure compliance with design and safety standards throughout the development process.

Troubleshoot design-related issues during mold trials and production.

Maintain proper documentation and version control of all design files.
