Position: Injection Molding Supervisor

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
Supervise production and ensure proper process parameters are used

Monitor and manage daily production activities to ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and delivery deadlines

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, equipment malfunctions, and quality concerns in a timely manner

Conduct regular inspections of injection molds to ensure proper functioning, cleanliness, and safety compliance

Maintenance of all injection molds and ensure they are in good conditions

Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation

**Qualifications**:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in injection molding is preferred

Proven experience as an Injection Molding Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment

In-depth knowledge of injection molding processes, equipment, and materials

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

Solid understanding of quality control principles and practices

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
