We're Hiring: Sales Manager – Automotive Plastic Components

Location: Ranjangaon, Pune (Frequent Travel)

Are you a dynamic, target-driven sales professional with a passion for the automotive industry? Join us to lead business development for injection-moulded plastic parts and drive growth with OEMs & Tier-1 suppliers.

What You'll Do:

Develop and execute sales strategies to hit revenue targets

Identify and acquire new automotive clients

Strengthen relationships with existing customers

Deliver technical presentations & proposals

Negotiate contracts and ensure timely order closure

Collaborate with production & design teams

Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions

What We're Looking For:

Engineering Graduate (Mechanical/Automobile/Polymer) + MBA in Marketing

10–12 years in automotive component sales; 4–5 years in injection-moulded plastic components

Strong OEM/Tier-1 exposure, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Willingness to travel extensively

Proficient in MS Office & CRM tools
