Job Overview and Responsibilities
SELORA specializes in premium vacation wear for men and women, with production in India.
The Office Assistant will support daily operations, maintain records, assist with bookkeeping, manage schedules, prepare reports, track inventory, and provide support during video shoots.
Required skills include organizational abilities, communication proficiency, and familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but strong portfolios from freshers are welcome.
Employment Terms
Full-time position based in Bangalore with a salary of ₹15,000 per month.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM and Saturday until 2:00 PM.
Employees undergo a three-month probation period, with leave entitlements and compensation structured according to Indian labor laws.
Confidentiality and Conduct
Employees must maintain confidentiality regarding company information and adhere to a code of conduct that prohibits harassment and substance abuse.
Company property must be returned upon resignation, and any misconduct may lead to immediate termination.
Termination and Legal Framework
A 30-day notice period is required for resignations, with the company retaining the right to terminate employment for gross misconduct.
The terms are governed by Indian law, with disputes resolved in Indian courts.
