Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Kolkata for a Warehouse Manager. The Warehouse Manager will oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, staff supervision, and ensuring efficient use of space and resources. Responsibilities will also include coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining safety and compliance standards, and optimizing warehouse processes. The role emphasizes organization, efficiency, and leadership to meet operational goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in inventory management, stock control, and warehouse organization
- Knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, and warehouse operations
- Leadership, team management, and staff supervision skills
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and analytics tools
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- Experience in the 3PL warehousing is better.
