Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of proven sales experience, with a robust network and contacts across Pan India, especially within the HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering) industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand our client base across India.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the HoReCa sector.
Utilize extensive industry contacts and a well-established network to generate new business leads.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with business goals.
Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and negotiations to convert leads into long-term clients.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote products and services.
Mentor and guide junior sales staff when required.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of sales experience in B2B, preferably within FMCG, HoReCa, or related industries.
Strong network and established contacts across Pan India, with a focus on the HoReCa segment.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory).
Knowledge of Telugu and Kannada is a strong advantage.
Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to travel extensively and manage clients across multiple regions.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient with MS Office and CRM software.
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Prior experience working in a multi-lingual, pan-India role.
Understanding of supply chain and distribution channels within HoReCa.
