Job Role: Senior Sales Executive

Job Location: Siruseri, OMR, Opp. to Marina Mall

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly sales targets across retail segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with walk-in and repeat customers.
  • Identify and onboard potential B2B clients such as schools, art studios, and corporates.
  • Monitor store performance, stock levels, and merchandising standards.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, festive offers, and product launches.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and forecasts.
  • Coordinate with marketing and inventory teams for smooth operations.
  • Mentor and guide junior sales associates to enhance team performance.
  • Collect customer feedback to improve product range and service quality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in retail, FMCG, lifestyle, or stationery sectors.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in handling both retail and corporate sales.
  • Passion for art, creativity, and innovative stationery products.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage small teams.
  • Knowledge of local market dynamics and customer behavior.
