**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic **Sales Executive** to join our IT sales team. This entry-level position is ideal for a fresher with a passion for technology and a desire to start a career in IT sales. As a Sales Executive, you will learn how to develop relationships with potential clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored IT solutions. You will work closely with our sales team to achieve sales targets and grow the company's market presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Generation**:

- Learn and execute sales strategies to promote IT products and services (e.g., software solutions etc..).
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understand client needs and suggest appropriate solutions based on their business requirements.
- Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and to identify additional sales opportunities.
- **Sales Process**:

- Participate in the complete sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, contracts, and quotations in coordination with senior sales team members.
- Assist in negotiating terms and closing sales deals under the guidance of sales managers.
- **Market Research**:

- Research the IT market and stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and new technologies.
- Provide feedback to the sales team regarding market demands, potential new products, and customer preferences.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts in CRM systems.
- Generate regular sales reports for management review.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- **Sales Skills**: Passion for sales, proactive attitude, and willingness to learn sales techniques and IT industry practices.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Basic understanding of IT products (e.g., software sevices) or a strong willingness to learn.
- **Problem Solving**: Ability to understand client challenges and suggest solutions that meet their needs.
- **Teamwork**: Ability to work well within a team and collaborate with senior sales members.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to quickly learn new products and adjust to a fast-paced environment.
- **CRM Skills**: Familiarity with CRM software or willingness to learn how to use it for managing sales processes.
