Senior Developer

Experience: Minimum 3–4+ Years

Salary: Up to ₹70,000 per month

Location: Prahlad Nagar, Ahmedabad (Work From Office)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Developer with hands-on experience in SQL and MongoDB to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building high-performance server-side applications, designing APIs, optimizing back-end systems, and managing data flow across multiple platforms.

This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to guide junior developers when needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain server-side applications using
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration with front-end applications
  • Collaborate with front-end teams to connect UI components with server logic
  • Optimize applications to ensure performance, scalability, and security
  • Implement and maintain backend security standards
  • Work with SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases
  • Design and maintain efficient database schemas and queries
  • Guide and mentor junior developers, ensuring code quality and best practices
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technology stacks

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 3–4+ years of hands-on development experience with
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks like
  • Solid understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture
  • Proficiency in SQL databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) with ability to write advanced queries
  • Experience working with MongoDB and other NoSQL databases
  • Familiarity with ORM/ODM libraries such as Sequelize or Mongoose
  • Experience using Git, branching workflows, and version control best practices
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, build systems, and deployment processes
  • Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor junior team members

Preferred (Good to Have)

  • Experience with microservices architecture
  • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or container-based deployment
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
