Seeking a Detail - Oriented GeM Executive to manage and optimize our presence on the Government e- Marketplace (GeM ) Portal . The ideal Candidate will handle Bidding , prepare and upload documents , and manage invoicing , among other responsibilites .

Key Responsibilites :-

  1. Handle GeM bidding and Find new Bid Opportunities .

  2. Prepare and upload pre - Bid and Bid documents .

  3. Upload invoices and quotations on the GeM Portal .

  4. Maintain and update Excel sheets for bid / Tender status and records .

  5. List new products and pair catalogs on GeM .

  7. Prepare technical Documents and Budgetary quotes for BOQ / Custom bids .

  8. Conduct L1 Comparison .

Qualification :-

  1. Experience in handling GeM and other e - Procurement Portals .

  2. Strong Organizational and Documents Management Skills .

  3. Proficiency in Excel and others MS Office Applications .

  4. Excellent Communication and Negotiations Skills .
