About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and creative BRAND Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, manage campaigns, and grow our brand presence across digital and offline platforms. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation.

  • Coordinate with design, content, and sales teams to create effective marketing materials.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication, creativity, and strategic thinking.
  • Ability to lead campaigns and manage a small team.
  • Familiarity with content creation, reels, and trend-based marketing is an advantage.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to generate innovative marketing ideas for branding and sales growth.
  • Good understanding of Kerala market trends (preferred).
