About the Role:
Are you a newly qualified Chartered Accountant (May '25 batch) ready to launch your career in a dynamic, global finance environment? Join Haleon's Finance First Careers Program (FCCP) and gain immersive experience across key finance domains while contributing to impactful business decisions.
This structured 30-month rotational program is designed to accelerate your learning and prepare you for future leadership roles in finance.
 
Roles and Responsibilities:
Partner with market finance teams to support business performance, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
Gain exposure to customer P&L, trade investments, and commercial analytics.
Work within in-country shared services to understand end-to-end finance operations.
Learn about Purchase to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C), and Record to Report (R2R) processes
Support statutory and management reporting, financial close optimization, and compliance frameworks.
Contribute to initiatives like master data governance and right-sizing controls
Engage with global operations teams managing inventory, intercompany transactions, and trading partner finance.
Participate in transformation projects and digital finance initiatives

Requirements:
Chartered Accountant (May '25 batch) with a graduation degree.
Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Adaptable, resilient, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
