POSITION Finance Manager Department Finance and Admin Reporting to Director Ei India Sarjapur Experience range 6-8 years Qualification BCom MBA Finance Job description Responsibilities may include below but are not limited to Accountancy Prepare asset liability and capital account entries by compiling and analysing account information Document financial transactions by entering account information Summarizes current financial status by collecting information preparing balance sheet profit and loss statement and other reports Recommends financial actions by analysing accounting options Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing accounts information Elaborate periodic reports and participate in the optimization of management control Margin Analysis on weekly monthly basis Generate ROI schedules for Equipment Investment in relation with Director and Production manager Participate in the determination of product pricing by calculating and analyzing the company s costs and margins Develop budget and corporate plan in relation with Director Confirmation of balance - all types customer vendor staff etc Manage HQ Reimbursements - Coordination with auditors for certificate to bank Export and Import documentation Stocks management Ensure an efficient and coherent stock policy - Keep track of the stocks by managing the monthly inventories and do the monthly report In addition ensure that all Materials inwarded Services completed are accounted for within the month as it happens Cash flow Prepares payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements Manage daily cash flow and cash flow forecast Optimize the cash flow and the fees in accordance with the group CFO Negotiate with the bank in relation with group CFO HR Support and Payroll HR function legal documents and all administration papers propose HR policies in relation with Director Manage payroll and linked expenses Manage Gratuity PF ESI and other statutory requirements To add TDS Payable PT GST TDS Receivable Other small administrative activities Legal Complies with legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation enforcing adherence to requirements and advising management on needed actions Follow all contracts and legal documents Manage insurance in relation with group CFO Skills and Qualifications Accounting Corporate Finance Reporting Skills Attention to Detail Deadline-Oriented Reporting Research Results Confidentiality Time Management Data Entry Management Windows tools Skills Knowledge of Indian Taxation Rules Prior experience of working for a manufacturing company - required Prior experience in a foreign company - desirable Good Communication skills in English Knowledge of English Hindi Kannada required French will be added advantage Worked in an ERP system- Tally and Odoo Knowledge of ISO-9000 Minimum Bcom MBA CA and other degrees also preferred Staying close to sarjapur road Minimum 6-8 years experience Discretion and trustworthiness and the ability to keep all Company information and materials strictly confidential both internally and externally are essential elements of this position Must be well organized diligent and be a self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision and to independently identify work to be done The candidate must have the ability to prioritize be flexible to adjust to sudden changes in work priorities and the ability to accommodate those changes Attention to detail and extreme care in performing tasks accurately and carefully are also essential
