Hiring for Finance Manager for a leading Poultry Conglomerate based in Banglore.

Position title : Finance Manager

Job location : Banglore / Bengluru

Educational Qualification : CA / CNA / MBA ( Finance )

Experience : 12 to 15 years of experience in finance function in Poultry / Agri industry

CTC : Open, based on experience

Role purpose:

This position has to lead the digital vision transition, ensuring financial integrity, compliance, and data-driven decision-making while managing multi-location teams in deployment and stabilization of systems and processes.

Key roles :

- Lead the Accounts & Finance function across all locations, ensuring accurate book-keeping, finalization, and timely closure of accounts.

- Drive the migration to ERP, implement Power BI dashboards, and introduce AI tools for analytics and forecasting.

- Prepare monthly MIS, working capital statements, variance analysis, and actionable insights for management.

- Ensure statutory compliance (GST, Income Tax, ROC, Audits) with zero deviations.

- Manage vendor accounts, payment cycles, fund flows, and banking relationships.

- Conduct regular branch visits, stock audits, and financial health checks.

- Develop annual business plans, budgets, and detailed project reports for new initiatives and expansions.

- Implement cost control measures to enhance profitability.

- Mentor and upskill finance teams to embrace digital tools and best practices

Desired Qualification :

- Qualified or Semi-qualified CA / CMA / MBA (Finance )

- 12 to 15 years of experience in leading finance function preferably in Poultry / Agri industry / Manufacturing vertical

- Proficiency in ERP finance modules, BI tools, and exposure to AI in financial management

- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance, taxation, treasury, and working capital management.

- Advanced inter-personal personal skills

- Good communication skills

- Strong leadership skills
