Business Operations Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Operations Analyst to optimize processes across edtech, software development, and IT consulting projects. The role involves data analysis, process improvements, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to drive operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze operations, workflows, and KPIs to identify improvements.
Collect, interpret, and report data using Excel/SQL/BI tools.
Prepare SOPs, reports, and business documents.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes.
Support project management (timelines, resources, risks).
Ensure compliance with industry/regulatory standards.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
Qualifications
Bachelor's in Business/IT (Master's or Six Sigma/PMP preferred).
3–5 years in business operations/analysis (edtech, software, IT consulting preferred).
Strong skills in data analysis, documentation, and reporting.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace; knowledge of Agile/Scrum.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Tableau/Power BI or Python scripting.
Knowledge of Indian edtech/IT regulatory frameworks.
Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300, ₹600,000.00 per year
