### **Key Responsibilities**

* Analyze complex datasets from multiple sources to design **interactive dashboards, KPIs, and reports** using **Power BI, SQL, and Excel**.

* Develop and maintain **ETL pipelines** using SQL or PySpark for efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading.

* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver **customized BI solutions**.

* Ensure **data accuracy, governance, and security compliance** across all platforms.

* Drive performance optimization through **data validation, troubleshooting, and system monitoring**.

* Present analytical findings to management to support **data-driven decision-making** and business planning.


### **What We're Looking For**

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in **Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field**.

* Proven experience (2–5 years) as a **Business/Data Analyst** or **BI Developer**.

* Hands-on expertise with **Power BI, SQL Server, BigQuery, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)**.

* Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to communicate insights effectively.

* Knowledge of **data visualization best practices** and **business process analysis**.
