Job Overview
The Admin Intern will support the administrative and operations team in ensuring smooth day-to-day office functioning. The role provides hands-on experience in office administration, coordination, and basic HR support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day administrative activities and office coordination
- Support documentation, data entry, and record maintenance
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies and basic procurement
- Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
- Support onboarding and exit formalities documentation
- Handle courier, inventory, and asset tracking support
- Assist the HR/Admin team with employee-related coordination
- Maintain confidentiality of company information
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to learn administrative and office operations
- Attention to detail
