Job Overview

The Admin Intern will support the administrative and operations team in ensuring smooth day-to-day office functioning. The role provides hands-on experience in office administration, coordination, and basic HR support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in day-to-day administrative activities and office coordination
  • Support documentation, data entry, and record maintenance
  • Coordinate with vendors for office supplies and basic procurement
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
  • Support onboarding and exit formalities documentation
  • Handle courier, inventory, and asset tracking support
  • Assist the HR/Admin team with employee-related coordination
  • Maintain confidentiality of company information

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Willingness to learn administrative and office operations
  • Attention to detail
