Job Summary We are hiring Admin Executive to manage facility operations, vendor coordination, and rental/lease documentation. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative capability, attention to detail, and vendor management experience to support smooth organizational operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day infrastructure and facility operations.
  • Handle rental agreements, lease agreements, and related documentation.
  • Oversee complete vendor management including: o Receiving and evaluating quotations o Issuing Purchase Orders (POs) o Processing vendor bills o Preparing cost estimations
  • Maintain updated records of contracts, agreements, rental documents, and compliance files.
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and facility-related service activities.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external service providers for seamless operational support.
    • Ensure cost-effective procurement and facility improvements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Infrastructure / Facility / Administration roles.
  • Strong understanding of agreement handling, documentation, and compliance.
  • Proven experience in vendor and procurement management.
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Tamil.
  • Strong negotiation, follow-up, and coordination abilities.
  • Age should be below 35.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
