Job Description

What You'll Do

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.
  • Support HR operations including documentation, HRMS updates, and employee records management.
  • Help plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
  • Coordinate with managers and employees to support learning & development initiatives.
  • Conduct basic research on HR best practices and provide recommendations.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining compliance with company policies.
Requirements

  • Strong interest in Human Resources, talent management, and people development.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with HR tools/HRMS is a plus.
  • A proactive and collaborative mindset with eagerness to learn.
