We are seeking a dynamic Senior Client Manager to lead delivery and strategy across top-tier SEO and web accounts. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in organic growth, client relationship management, and cross-functional leadership, ensuring every project aligns with performance goals and business objectives.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities
Client Strategy & Relationship Management
- Act as the primary delivery lead for high-value SEO and web clients.
- Translate client objectives into clear, actionable SEO and web strategies.
- Build strong client relationships through proactive communication, data-driven insights, and measurable results.
- Review client performance dashboards and ensure outcomes meet defined KPIs such as traffic growth, visibility, and conversions.
- Oversee onboarding, strategy sessions, and quarterly performance reviews.
Delivery Management & Process Excellence
- Manage delivery across multiple SEO, content, and web development projects.
- Ensure timely, high-quality execution and smooth collaboration between technical and creative teams.
- Develop scalable systems, SOPs, and review frameworks to ensure operational consistency.
- Conduct regular workflow audits to identify and address delivery challenges.
- Collaborate with leadership to align delivery processes with broader business goals.
Team Leadership & Growth
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of SEO experts, content strategists, and developers.
- Drive performance reviews, professional development, and team engagement initiatives.
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Encourage collaboration between creative, analytical, and technical functions to deliver unified outcomes.
Integration with AI Tools and Platforms
- Advocate for the integration of AI-driven insights into SEO and content strategies.
- Collaborate with internal product or data teams to improve tools and capabilities based on client and team feedback.
- Ensure data intelligence and automation enhance overall client deliverables.
What You'll Bring
- 7–12 years of experience in SEO, content strategy, or digital delivery leadership.
- Proven success managing multiple brands or large-scale SEO and website projects.
- Strong command of technical SEO, content marketing, and web optimization principles.
- Operational excellence with the ability to balance strategy and execution.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across SEO, development, and content functions.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
- Passion for organic growth, innovation, and data-driven problem solving.
- Familiarity with AI-powered SEO or automation tools is a strong plus.
