Role Description

We are looking for a
Human Resources Executive – Recruitment
for a
full-time, on-site position in Chennai
.

The role involves managing
end-to-end recruitment
and supporting core HR functions, including HR operations, employee engagement, and policy implementation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing top talent through various platforms such as
LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and Apna
, while ensuring smooth onboarding and alignment with the company's culture and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage
    end-to-end recruitment
    : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Utilize recruitment platforms like
    LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and Apna
    to attract qualified candidates.
  • Maintain employee records, handle HR documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Support HR operations, including attendance, payroll coordination, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Foster
    positive employee relations
    by addressing concerns and promoting a healthy work environment.
  • Assist in
    developing and implementing HR policies
    aligned with organizational goals.
  • Coordinate
    employee engagement and training activities
    to enhance productivity and retention.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of
    HR Management and Operations
    .
  • Expertise in
    Recruitment, Employee Relations, and HR Policies
    .
  • Proficiency in using
    LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and other hiring platforms
    .
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle
    confidential information
    with discretion.
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Human Resources, Business Administration
    , or a related field.
  • Prior experience in
    recruitment or talent acquisition
    will be an added advantage.
