Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates.
  • Post job openings on relevant platforms and manage recruitment databases.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate records and reports.
  • Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing methods.
  • Conduct reference checks and support offer and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain strong communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
  • Support employee engagement and HR initiatives when required.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in corporate or BPO sectors).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
