We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Area Business Leader to manage and grow our Cardio-Diabetic business in Mumbai. This role is ideal for someone who understands the healthcare market, leads teams with confidence, and has hands-on experience in cardio-diabetic product sales.

What You'll Do

  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of Medical Representatives, guide them on field strategy, and ensure they meet their targets
  • Sales Execution: Drive sales of cardio-diabetic products by building strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, and chemists
  • Market Development: Identify new business opportunities, expand coverage, and increase product visibility in the assigned territory
  • Training & Coaching: Regularly train your team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance standards
  • Doctor Engagement: Organize CMEs, product presentations, and maintain strong rapport with key opinion leaders (KOLs)
  • Reporting & Analysis: Track team performance, analyze sales data, and share insights with senior management

What You Must Have

  • 3–6 years of experience in Cardio-Diabetic sales, preferably in a leadership role
  • Strong understanding of the Mumbai healthcare market
  • Proven ability to lead teams and deliver results
  • Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Graduate in Science or Pharmacy preferred
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region
