Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Leader, located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Business Leader will be responsible for overseeing business operations, developing strategic business plans, enhancing customer service initiatives, and managing communication channels. They will collaborate with different departments to ensure seamless operations and deliver business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Business Planning capabilities
  • Excellent Business acumen and Communication skills
  • Proficiency in Customer Service management
  • Proven leadership experience with a focus on operational excellence
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment
  • Experience in the relevant industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA preferred
