Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chinese Chef located in Port Blair. The Chinese Chef will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting Chinese dishes, maintaining high standards of food hygiene and presentation, developing new menu items, and managing kitchen staff. The role requires ensuring that all kitchen operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in preparing and cooking Chinese cuisine
  • Food hygiene and presentation skills
  • Menu development and creativity in introducing new dishes
  • Team management and kitchen operations skills
  • Relevant culinary education or certification is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills
