- Assist customers with service-related questions, technical support, and troubleshooting.
- Provide accurate, timely, and complete information to customers by utilizing the knowledge base and other resources.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and ensure continued satisfaction.
- Stay updated on service knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.
- Participate in training sessions to improve customer service skills and stay informed about new products and services.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300, ₹400,000.00 per year
