We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Vice President Sales & Marketing to lead our national and international sales operations, drive growth across all business verticals, and strengthen our market leadership position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing sales and marketing teams across all divisions.
  • Formulate and implement strategic business plans to drive growth in domestic and international markets.
  • Oversee and manage sales operations, budgets, and profitability across multiple business verticals.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, institutional partners, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with top management to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, identify new business opportunities, and ensure competitive positioning.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across India and overseas as required.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 20 years of total professional experience, including at least 5–7 years in a senior leadership role (Head of National Sales or equivalent) in a reputed Pharma Prescription or FMCG organization (preferably an MNC or leading Indian company).
  • Strong expertise in managing domestic and international sales & marketing operations.
  • Proven ability to lead diverse teams and deliver measurable business growth across multiple verticals.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
  • Exposure to brand management, business development, and institutional sales will be an advantage.
  • Professional management certifications or executive training are desirable.
  • Preferred age: 50 years and above.
  • Location: Indore (Headquarters).
  • Retired senior professionals (up to 65 years) with relevant credentials are also encouraged to apply.

Compensation

Maximum CTC: Rs 40 Lakhs per annum
