Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Recruiter based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions within the company. Day-to-day tasks include posting job ads, conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, collaborating with hiring managers, and maintaining recruitment records. The HR Recruiter will also be involved in developing recruitment strategies and employer branding initiatives.

Requirement & Qualifications

  • Experience in sourcing, attracting, and hiring candidates
  • Proficiency in job posting, conducting interviews, and evaluating candidates
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven work experience of 2 years as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
  • Ability to work collaboratively with hiring manager
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the construction, interior, sales, architecture industry is a plus
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and tools
  • Meeting Targets
  • Onboard new employees to become fully integrated.
