Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Recruiter Intern located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The HR Recruiter Intern will be responsible for assisting with recruitment processes, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining applicant tracking systems, and supporting onboarding processes. The intern will also help develop job descriptions, post job openings on various platforms, and assist in employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Recruitment and Sourcing skills
  • Experience in Screening and Interview Coordination
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Familiarity with employer branding and social media recruiting is a plus
  • Completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Stipend starts from 6k
