Paridhi Engineers is a prominent player in the telecommunication and solar EPC industry, specializing in providing innovative solutions and services. We are located in Ghaziabad and are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Operations/Project Coordinator to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and analyze business needs to help streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Handle large volumes of data with high levels of accuracy.
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess project performance.
  • Conduct data analysis, identify trends, and recommend actions for optimization.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients and internal teams.
  • Generate detailed reports for management to track project progress and business performance.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely execution of projects.
  • Follow-up with teams and clients to ensure smooth workflow and project delivery.
  • Ensure completion of all tasks as per set targets and KPIs.
  • Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in a similar role (Business Operations/Project Coordination).

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in using MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Education: Post-graduation (preferably in Civil Engineering or related field).
  • Background: A solid foundation in Civil Engineering is required.

Other Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teams.
  • Ability to travel extensively (70-80% travel required).
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and team coordination.
