Job Title: HR Field Executive

Experience: 2 to 4 Years

Salary: Up to ₹28,000 (In-hand) - NO PF / ESIC BENIFIT

Location: VADODARA

Job Responsibilities:

  • Visit client sites to resolve employee-related queries regarding PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliances.
  • Handle queries related to labour laws, statutory records, and employee benefits.
  • Liaise with government bodies and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain accurate documentation as per CLRA (Contract Labour Regulation & Abolition Act) and other applicable laws.
  • Support clients in audits, inspections, and statutory filings.
  • Provide guidance to client employees regarding HR and compliance matters.

Key Requirements:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Labour Welfare, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of field experience in handling HR statutory compliances.
  • Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, CLRA, and other labour law compliances.
  • Experience in coordinating with government officials and labour departments.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel for client visits.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,565.32 per month
