Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment and selection: job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding.
- Maintain employee records (attendance, leave, personal files, etc.) in HRIS or manual systems.
- Administer HR policies and procedures; ensure compliance with company rules and labor laws.
- Support payroll processing and maintain related documentation.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and provide timely resolution.
- Assist with training & development programs, employee engagement activities, and performance appraisal processes.
- Prepare HR-related reports and assist in audits.
- Coordinate exit formalities and maintain records of separated employees.
- Promote a healthy, safe, and inclusive work environment.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (freshers with internships may also apply, if relevant).
- Good understanding of HR processes, Indian labor laws, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
