Learning Program Management

  • Manage end-to-end Meta-Competency programs for all Business Units.
  • Collaborate with BU leads and Learning Champions to capture technical, functional, and behavioral learning needs.
  • Facilitate training programs, ensuring participation through innovative invitations (flyers, banners, SME intros).
  • Conduct post-training assessments to measure learning impact and knowledge retention.
  • Coordinate compliance training programs, ensuring adherence to timelines and tracking completion rates.
  • Lead BU-wise Certification Drives and manage certification reimbursement processes for employees.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Engage with Learning Champions and SMEs to design learning programs and assessments aligned with organizational frameworks.
  • Partner with external vendors for specialized training interventions, handling vendor evaluation, coordination, and PR processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Oracle team for automation drives, Learning Solution Champions for behavioral interventions).

Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintain centralized training trackers and manage learning licenses.
  • Analyze feedback and perform CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) where required.
  • Prepare Monthly Business Review (MBR) decks and detailed MoMs for all MBR connects.
  • Generate MIS reports and contribute data for Power BI dashboards and Board decks.
  • Track and report training attendance, certification completion, and learning hours at various intervals (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
  • Communication & Awareness
  • Conduct organization-wide awareness sessions on Talent Development programs, Meta-Competency frameworks, and learning initiatives.
  • Design and disseminate engaging L&D communications (Yammer posts, Canva creatives, newsletters).
  • Address employee queries and drive awareness regarding available learning resources and opportunities.

Special Initiatives & Projects

  • Drive Learning Month campaigns like kNoWember-Pragya, including leaderboard creation, event coordination, and content development.
  • Support Total Rewards team in creating Rewards & Recognition reports for learners and SMEs.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives like TMW Assessments, BAPS reports, and annual budgeting exercises.
