Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and visionary
Academy Program Manager
to lead the overall operations, academic excellence, and strategic growth of Saturo Academy.

This role requires a strong mix of
academic leadership, business strategy, and operational management
. You will be responsible for overseeing training delivery, managing faculty, ensuring student satisfaction, and achieving business growth through innovative learning programs and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Business Leadership

  • Achieve annual revenue and enrollment targets through effective planning and execution.
  • Design and launch new training programs aligned with evolving industry trends in ERP, Finance, Tech, and other domains.
  • Develop institutional, corporate, and government partnerships for B2B training initiatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead conversion and brand visibility.

Academic & Operations Management

  • Oversee all training batches (online/offline) ensuring smooth operations and high academic quality.
  • Monitor trainer performance, student outcomes, and feedback.
  • Implement continuous improvement systems for curriculum, delivery, and student experience.
  • Maintain certification processes and ensure timely course completion.

Team Leadership

  • Lead a cross-functional team of trainers, coordinators, and counselors.
  • Drive accountability through daily OKRs and performance metrics.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, discipline, and student-first thinking across teams.

Stakeholder Management

  • Build and manage relationships with universities, corporates, and government skill missions.
  • Strengthen industry linkages for placement and internship opportunities for students.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Monthly student admissions and conversion rates.
  • Batch completion and student satisfaction scores.
  • Trainer utilization and feedback ratings.
  • Revenue growth and profit margins from training programs.
  • Institutional and corporate partnerships established.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience:
    7–10 years in education management, training operations, or corporate learning.
  • Industry Background:
    EdTech, vocational training, or IT/ERP training preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and analytical thinking.
  • Data-driven decision-making with operational excellence.
  • Ability to manage multiple learning verticals (Finance, ERP, Data Science, etc.).
  • Education:
    MBA / PGDM or equivalent qualification.
