About The Opportunity
A staffing and talent-acquisition specialist serving the Information Technology sector, focused on sourcing, hiring, and placing software engineering, data, cloud, security and product talent across India. We deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions for clients ranging from startups to mid-market and enterprise technology organisations.

This is an on-site Technical/IT Recruiter role based in India to support rapid hiring mandates, improve time-to-fill, and elevate candidate experience across technical hiring funnels.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own full lifecycle recruitment for IT roles: create requisitions, source candidates, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and close offers.
  • Proactively source passive and active technical talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow and Boolean search to build qualified pipelines.
  • Manage and maintain ATS data (candidate tracking, interview feedback, offer status) and deliver timely hiring metrics and dashboards.
  • Partner with hiring managers to translate role requirements into clear job specifications, provide market intelligence and recommend sourcing strategies.
  • Lead offer management and negotiation, ensuring smooth candidate onboarding handoff and positive candidate experience.
  • Represent the employer at on-site hiring events, interview days, and campus drives to strengthen employer brand and talent engagement.

Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on full-cycle IT/Technical recruitment experience hiring software developers, DevOps, QA, data engineers or related roles within India.
  • Proven experience using Applicant Tracking Systems to manage requisitions, candidate pipelines and recruitment metrics.
  • Strong sourcing capability using Boolean search and technical platforms to identify passive candidates.
  • Track record of working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to drive hiring decisions and reduce time-to-fill.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct structured technical screening interviews and assess candidate fit for role and culture.
  • Willingness to work on-site and participate in in-person interviews, client meetings and campus/recruitment events.

Preferred

  • Experience hiring for Product/SaaS companies or high-growth startups.
  • Exposure to volume hiring, RPO or managed-service-provider (MSP) models.
  • Recruitment or HR certification (e.g., AIRS, SHRM-CP) or specialized sourcing training.
