International Voice Process Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused International Voice Process Assistant to handle inbound and outbound calls for our global clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to resolve queries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries efficiently.
- Follow call scripts and standard procedures to handle various customer scenarios.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Escalate complex queries to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly performance targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (or other required languages).
- Prior experience in an international voice process/BPO/call center is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle pressure.
- Ability to work in night shifts.
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹8, ₹15,000.00 per month
