About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 8–10 years of experience in building and scaling modern web applications. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills to guide a high-performing engineering team, drive innovation, and deliver solutions aligned with organizational goals. The right candidate will be hands-on with technology while mentoring and leading by example.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement high-quality technical specifications in line with architectural guidelines.
  • Propose, implement, and enforce best programming practices across the team.
  • Provide technical leadership in , , TypeScript, Redis, Kafka, PostgreSQL, and containerized microservices.
  • Drive adoption of event-driven architectures to ensure scalability and performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate product requirements into robust technical solutions.
  • Act as a hands-on problem solver, monitoring and resolving support issues as needed.
  • Apply Scrum/Kanban frameworks to maximize team performance and deliver quality outcomes.
  • Set and track team/individual goals, monitor KPIs, and maintain transparent communication with stakeholders.
  • Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and guide the team's technical growth.
  • Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve issues that may hinder project delivery.

Required Skills & Experience (Critical)

  • Strong leadership and management skills with proven experience leading engineering teams.
  • Deep expertise in , , and TypeScript.
  • Hands-on experience with Redis, Kafka, PostgreSQL, and event-driven architectures.
  • Strong knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).

Highly Recommended

  • Proficiency in for front-end development.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms.
  • A product-oriented mindset, focusing on user experience and business outcomes.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Background in CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) and/or VoIP solutions.
