We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in retail banking.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to increase business growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
  • Build and maintain a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.

Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of the BFSI industry, particularly in retail banking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze market trends.
  • Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is preferred.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
