About the Role:
We are looking for a
Customer Support Executive
who will act as the first point of contact for our customers. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries efficiently, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to maintaining a positive brand image.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, or social media promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, or orders.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and issues.
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, logistics, accounts, etc.) to resolve customer concerns.
- Assist in order processing, tracking, cancellations, and returns.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team or management.
- Strive to achieve high customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer support or a related role (freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and Hindi, if applicable).
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, ticketing systems, or e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
- Positive attitude, patience, and a customer-first mindset.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, or the service industry.
- Knowledge of order management and basic Excel reporting.
